The Aurora Building

Preferred Northwest Property Management is located in the Aurora Building - a 5 story, 54 unit mixed use building located in downtown Eugene, with 7,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. It was completed in January 2004 and was the first affordable housing development built in downtown Eugene in over 20 years. The overarching goal for the Aurora Building was sustainability. This goal was met by decreasing impact on good soils, using existing infrastructure, encouraging alternate modes of transportation, and being a model for energy efficiency.

Aurora is located one block from the downtown Lane Community College (LCC) campus, the mass transit center, the new library, and numerous entertainment, employment, and cultural centers.
